A few things that keep this a good room to be in.
- Talk like a person. Plain, kind, direct. Disagreement is fine — sharp feedback makes the product better.
- Credit the source. Saw a layout idea you love? Say so. The good stuff travels because people point at it.
- Half-finished is welcome. Rough drafts, messy desks, unsure questions — all fair game. This is a workshop, not a showroom.
- Keep it yours. Share what you want to share. No pressure to post, ever.
